we understand and supply what is required to ensure your peace of mind for the correct level of insurance cover.
Our Approach
A Personal and Comprehensive Jewellery Valuation Experience.
From the moment of your appointment, you’ll meet your dedicated personal valuer, who will attentively listen to your needs and identify your most valuable pieces for documentation.
You’re welcome to observe the process and ask any questions, with the assurance that all items are handled with the utmost care and immediately returned to you.
Your valuer will also assess the condition of settings and stones, advising you of any concerns or potential repair needs to help prevent accidental loss.
Taking full responsibility for your collection, your valuer will meticulously catalogue and photograph each treasured item before preparing a detailed report. This report will be emailed to you as a secure PDF, and a complimentary hard copy will be posted to your address.
Looking ahead, your personal valuer will periodically review your report and contact you directly to inform you of any changes in your jewellery’s value, ensuring your records remain up to date.

We take the time to listen carefully and provide tailored advice, happily answering the questions you may not have had the chance to ask elsewhere.
To ensure your jewellery remains accurately valued, we offer a portfolio review every 2 to 3 years. Often, only a few items require re-valuation during this time, and because we keep detailed records, there’s no need for a full reassessment.
When re-valuing selected pieces, we offer this service at a reduced fee of just £20.00 per item, making it simple and affordable to
keep your valuations up to date.
